Elite Model Look Thailand 2008

<address> </address><p><strong>Elite Model Look 2008 Promises to Kickstart Major Careers for Newcomers</strong><br /><br /><strong>Elite Modeling Management</strong>, past and present home to supermodels including <strong>Gisele Bündchen</strong>, <strong>Claudia Schiffer</strong>, and <strong>Tyra Banks</strong>, also represents the winners and sometimes the non-winning contestants on the popular <strong>Top Model</strong> series around the world, but Elite doesn’t just look for new fashion model prospects on TV. <br /><br />The internationally renowned modeling agency holds its annual <strong>Elite Model Look</strong> contests in numerous countries around the world. The winner goes on to the international competition, held in a new location every year. The 2008 competition will be held in Sanya, China.<br /><br />Thailand’s winner, 16-year-old <strong>Nastassia Neufeld</strong>, beat out 19 other semi-finalists in the last round of competition, held April 26 in Phuket, and will go on to compete in China. Like the other finalists heading to China, Neufeld is guaranteed a 2-year contract with Elite, whether or not she wins the grand prize.<br /><br />A modeling career like the one Neufeld is about to embark upon can change a young woman’s life. Fashion models journey all over the world, meeting top designers and enjoying experiences most of us dream about. For many young models, it’s a self-discovery process, allowing them to gain confidence and get a better idea about what they might do after their stint as a fashionplate. Models have an easy access to creative careers in <strong>fashion design</strong>, <strong>styling</strong>, and <strong>makeup</strong>, and as <strong>style and fashion trend experts</strong> on television, online, or in print.<br /><br />Elite model <strong>Tyra Banks</strong> managed to transform her successful modeling career into a small media empire. After parlaying her supermodel status into cameo roles on tv sitcoms, Banks went on to create the hit reality tv show <strong>America’s Next Top Model</strong> in 2003. The show has since spawned local versions all over the world. In 2005 Banks premiered her highly successful daytime talk show, <strong>The Tyra Banks Show</strong>.
